I help logistics operations run smoother by connecting people, processes and the systems that hold them together. My work has moved from day-to-day execution into the systems that make operations possible, including WMS and ERP.
I turn operational friction into structured, lasting fixes rather than one-off patches, and I'm interested in how a system's performance shows up on the warehouse floor. The same care for people drives my work in the Rise & Thrive community.
Where I've worked
Logistic Professional
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, warehouses, co-packers and 3PLs. Monitor inventory accuracy and stock reconciliations, and plan co-packing to specification and quality requirements.
Product Owner
Turned business needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritised the backlog by business value.
